For signing the rules of the sports club, contract: name, surname, signature, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail, bank account number (in case of payments for services by transfer), history of payment for services, membership card number, number of visits; name, surname, kinship, telephone number, signature of legal representatives (in case the visitor is a person under 18 years of age); an accident that occurred while attending a gym.

For visitor identification purposes: A photo may be processed upon consent.

For visitors to provide discounts for services: social status (student, retired, disabled).
